Thanksgiving

We traveled to Vernal for Thanksgiving this year. My entire family was going to be there and I simply couldn't stand the thoughts of being the only one absent.We had a fabulous time and I wish I would have gotten more pictures, but these few of the drive and Thanksgiving dinner at the Howcroft's will have to do.

Ipad is the best way to travel!

Highlites:

• Leaving Vegas a day early to avoid the storm coming through Utah
• The girls being super great the entire drive up
• Teasing Camille and Chelsey that we weren't coming when we were already half way through Utah
• Costa Vida and Downeast both of which Vegas does not offer
• Lunch with Amanda, Brett, and Jess
• Arriving safely to homemade pizza at the Cooper's home
• Holding sweet baby Eliza and Liana (baby girls make me melt!)
• Kirsten adored her cousins Abby and Allie. She was whisked upstairs and came dancing back down in a princess dress with a huge smile on her face.
• Staying at the Howcroft's
• Kirsten playing with Grandpa Howcroft to the point of following him upstairs and sitting outside the door as he showered
• Kirsten sleeping with her Nana and Grandpa resulting in a change of their sheets, she  has amazing grandparents because they were not even phased
• Audrey and Hawk checking each other out not really quiet sure what to think of each other 
• Going to lunch, without any children mind you, with my best friend Camille, plus seeing her cute kids when they came over earlier in the day to play
• Kirsten begging to go "play Abby" all morning. Oh how I wish she could play with her cousins everyday!
• Kirk spending time with his mom
• Yummy Thanksgiving dinner made by Tom and Karen
• Shopping at Kmart with Liz and Karen on Thanksgiving
• Black Friday midnight shopping at the Vernal Walmart, now THAT is an experience!
• Sister Christmas party put on by my sister Kristy, she is the best party hostess
• The book my sister-in-law Jess put together for me
• Audrey showing off her mad walking skills to everyone
• Santa's workshop with my sister Camille
• Lunch at wingers for Kristy's birthday. 2 hours worth of terrible service :)
• Laughing with the family we loves so much

Not so highlites

• Audrey not sleeping well
• Audrey being restless and wanting to go home
• Audrey puking on the way home
• Audrey being really sick since we have been home
• leaving a day early because of a storm
