More pictures

I couldn't help but post a few more, they are so stinking cute!

Our beautiful babies!

My friend graciously took pictures of our gorgeous girls. Audrey's 18 months and Kirsten's 3 years pictures. They turned out even better than I had dreamed, I had a very hard time narrowing it down to the cutest ones. Our girls are so much fun. They keep us laughing all day long and are just the sweetest people alive. They bring us so much joy.
Plus they are just Cute Cute Cute!

baby

This girls is the best. She loves her baby doll, a lot. She takes her everywhere. Whenever we need to distract Audrey we tell her to go get her baby, and she promptly stops whatever she is doing and hunts down her baby. When she carries her baby she pats it and gives the baby one hundred million kisses. It's adorable. The baby is not made for the bath but as you can see Audrey doesn't play by the rules. I love my baby and her baby too :)

The girls room

We finally finished the girls room.  I love the way it turned out. We got the cute bed spreads at Target and their room looks like the target ad, but what can I say the ad was really cute and worked well on me! The picture on the wall of the two owls is what sold me, reminds me of my cute little girls.
We found the beds online and I think they are really cute. We bought box springs for them but it made the beds really tall, too tall for the girls. So we are selling two box springs if anyone is interested :) Kirk added wood to the bottom of the beds to make them suitable for jumping, which the girls are already all over.
I painted their names and frames to match the table we painted when Audrey was born. The picture on the wall as you enter the room is the one my Grandma Brinkerhoff cross stitched for me when I was a little girl.
It was really fun to put their room together and I hope they have lots of fun giggly nights sleeping in the same room.
Kirsten loves her new bed but Audrey not so much. She is still insisting on sleeping in her crib in her own room, which we don't mind so much because that means we get plenty of sleep.

Lets Go Fly a Kite

Kirsten is diligently trying to roll down the hill before the slope even started and then stood up when the hill started to slope and ran down, silly girl.
Making the most of the Vegas wind and proudly flying our princess kite.
Kirsten insisted on flying the kite by herself. But as soon as I let go so did she, I'm pretty good at chasing down kites if I do say so myself, ha ha.

Playing at the park

It's not easy to get a picture of Audrey's smile going down the slide.
But it's possible
and totally worth it!
The swings were really fun too!
Kirsten was there too
Then we played some soccer with Chelsey and Cody.
Kirk is excited about the soccer players that inevitably in our future.

Hiking with Telly

Chelsey and Cody were in St George over the weekend too. I love them so much. The girls were ecstatic to see Chelsey and whenever I would say her name around them they would get really excited. When we were packing up to leave we asked Kirsten if she was excited to go see Chelsey and she said "ya Chelsey" then we would ask if she was excited to go swimming and she would say "No Chelsey". Everything we would ask her about she would say "no Chelsey". It was really cute. She would also get upset if Audrey would say Chelsey, apparently Chelsey is only hers. We miss her lots, but we are glad she has Cody to take good care of her. We went hiking with them around the red rocks, it was so fun!
We found a cool cavern type thing that you could walk into and it was a cave type thing. It was super cool.
Kirk loved hiking around with the girls. The girls loved it, Kirsten was so excited in this picture while Audrey was crying in my arms because she wanted to go too.
Audrey decided to bust out some dances moves too, cute stuff
