Last Friday our Audrey turned 3!
She woke up at 4:45 am crying because she wanted "to talk to my daddy."
When Kirsten finally woke up at 7:30 Audrey opened her presents.
She got a new blue dress, play dough, umbrella, a Rapunzel play set,
and a new booster seat.
We mad her favorite breakfast, waffles and orange juice.
At 10 two of her little friends came over for a party.
And party we did!
We painted toe nails, dressed up, made necklaces, opened presents,
and decorated 4 dozen cupcakes!
The girls had a blast, it was the perfect way to celebrate Audrey's special day.
We had a relaxing afternoon where Audrey took the worlds shortest nap.
That evening we went to Target and Audrey picked out a new scooter and helmet
from Nana.
We had dinner at Cafe Rio (moms craving not Audreys).
We came home and put together her scooter
(then had to take it apart and put it together again...twice)
And spent the rest of the evening riding scooters and bikes out front.
Until Kirk drove up in his yellow car just arriving home from London.
When the girls realized it was him they were all giggles, hyperventilating and
jumping for joy waiting to give him a hug.
It was the perfect way to end Audrey's big day!
