The day Kirsten turned one week old her umbilical cord fell off. I was expecting to see a cute little belly button but instead saw oozy gunk. I was so glad my mom was here to again let me know it was completely normal.
With the umbilical cord gone Kirsten got her first bath. To say this girl loves baths is an understatement! She kicks back, relaxes and only screams when we finally pull her out.
